Michael Felix is a seasoned financial services professional with over 34 years of experience. He serves as the Global Head of Investment Operations for the Capital Group Companies, one of the most experienced and successful investment management firms in the world. Felix is also the director, senior vice president and treasurer of several other Capital Group subsidiary companies. He has been an associate of the Capital Group Companies for the past 30 years. Prior to joining Capital, he was with Deloitte Haskins and Sells in Los Angeles, and remains a California State Certified Public Accountant.

He attended USC from 1979 to 1983 where he received his BS in Business Administration. Outside of his professional life, Felix devotes his time to his three passions: his wife, his four children and USC. As an engaged alumnus, he is the chair of the USC School of Dramatic Arts Board of Councilors, the USC Latino Alumni Association Corporate Advisory Council and the USC Caruso Catholic Center Advisory Board; he also serves on the USC Associates Board of Directors, and is President-Elect of the USC Alumni Association Board of Governors.

Felix and his wife Debbie, who serves on the Kaufman School of Dance Board of Councilors, are members of the Widney Society. They have been married for 29 years, and live in Newport Beach, Calif. Their lives are centered around their four children: Taylor (USC, Class of 2013), Brenden (University of Arizona, Class of 2015), Jordan (USC, Class of 2017) and Austin (USC, sophomore). Michael Felix looks forward to the Felix family celebrating many more decades of USC tradition and legacy.
