USC students in good academic standing may be considered for admission to our Bachelor of Arts in Dramatic Arts and Visual & Performing Arts Studies.

Current students wishing to be considered for our Bachelor of Fine Arts should contact the USC School of Dramatic Arts Office of Admissions & Student Services to discuss how adding the BFA will impact degree progress and get more information about our application process.

Bachelor of Arts in Dramatic Arts Admission Criteria

For admission into the BA in Dramatic Arts, students must have completed at least one of the following dramatic arts class listed below prior to admission with a GPA of 3.0 in the course.
THTR 101, THTR 125, THTR 130, THTR 301, THTR 302, THTR 303 or THTR 314

Bachelor of Arts in Visual & Performing Arts Studies Admission Criteria

For admission into the BA in VPAS, students must have completed at least one of the classes listed below prior to admission with a GPA of 3.0 in the course.
THTR 125, THTR 380, AHIS 120, ARCH 304x, CTCS 393, FACS 150 or MUHL 315x
