Biography

Crystal Balthrop is a USC Double-Alumna, MSHRM ’19 AND BA ’00, and has worked with the School for over 20 years; starting out as a student worker then progressing into a staff role as a Budget Technician. Currently, she serves as the school’s Department Business Administrator and Home Department Coordinator working in the Business Office and assisting in many financial and personnel/payroll/HR matters. In her spare time she likes to travel, read, and hang out with her extremely large family of cousins.
