Second Stage: Blood Wedding
November 12–15, 2026
Summary
Bound by generations of bloodshed, two families are locked in an unbreakable cycle of murder and revenge. When a past lover spirits the bride away on her wedding night, an entire town chases them into a realm of darkness where the moonlight is unfriendly and even the forest cannot shield them from destiny. Featuring the BFA in Acting for Stage and Screen Junior Class.
Second Stage Productions put the spotlight on the actors and the text. They are unique learning experiences for students, giving the BFA Acting and Musical Theatre students performance opportunities that demand a heightened focus on the craft and a deeper connection to the text and with their cohort. Tickets to these performances are free, but reservations are required.
