Biography

Jessy Hodges is a Los Angeles based actor and writer. Her TV acting credits include Barry (HBO), Indebted (NBC), The Big Leap (FOX), How I Met Your Father (Hulu), It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia (FXX), Pen15 (Hulu), Girlfriend’s Guide to Divorce (Bravo), Here and Now (HBO), Graves (Epix), You’re the Worst (FX), Big Time in Hollywood, FL (Comedy Central), Hindsight (VH1) and Enlisted (FOX), amongst others. Her film credits include Plus One (Red Hour Films/Tribeca Film Festival), Tilt (The Orchard/Tribeca Film Festival), Beside Still Waters (Tribeca Film) and the short film How to Lose Weight in Four Easy Steps (Sundance Film Festival/Cannes Film Festival). Trained in theater, she made her off-Broadway debut in Adam Rapp’s world premiere of The Metal Children starring Billy Crudup. Jessy co-wrote and starred in the short film Sundowners which premiered at the 2019 Sundance Film Festival in the US Narrative Shorts Program. She is a graduate of the Experimental Theatre Wing at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts.
