Fess Parker was well-known for his various wild west-themed appearances, most notably for portraying Davey Crockett on the Walt Disney’s Wonderful World of Color miniseries, as well as Daniel Boone on the Daniel Boone TV series and film. He also starred in Westward Ho, the Wagons!, and The Great Locomotive Chase. Other credits include Mr. Smith Goes to Washington TV series and The Alfred Hitchcock Hour.
