Denise Blasor is a Puerto-Rican actress, director, writer, designer and Artistic Director of LADiversified, currently Associate Artistic Director of Bilingual Foundation of the Arts. Directing credits include Irene Fornes’ Fefu and her Friends (KCRW & LA Times’ Best of 2019) Marisol, Anna in the Tropics, and Labyrinth of Desire at USC. Her podcast Cristo Vive won Best Latin Podcast and her political musical film Calla de la Resistencia will participate at the LATC Encuentro Festival. Acting credits include film A Place Among the Dead, directed by Juliet Landau, series recurring role Doña Rosa in Snowfall, and Gabriela Ortega’s Huella, which debuted at Tribeca.
