Biography
Aspen Cole graduated with her M.Ed in Educational Counseling from the Rossier School of Education and joined the USC School of Dramatic Arts in 2021. Prior to working in SDA, she worked with a variety of USC schools and academic support programs including the Roski School of Art and Design, ReadersPlus Joint Educational Project, USC Kortschak Center for Learning and Creativity, and Student-Athlete Academic Services. She also served Los Angeles City College’s Dream Resource Center and General Counseling departments. As an LAUSD alum, Aspen witnessed firsthand the inequities in K-12 arts funding in education and has since been passionate about increasing diversity and representation in the entertainment industry and in higher education. Aspen received her BA in Theatre with an Acting Emphasis from UCLA in 2016 and is overjoyed to be ‘back in theatre school’ as a part of the School of Dramatic Arts family. Aspen is a company member with the Leigh Purtill Ballet Company and when she’s not in rehearsals she enjoys watching movies and plays and eating all around Los Angeles. |
