On April 2, the USC School of Dramatic Arts presented a unique professional development opportunity for our students, the CTG Going Pro Career Fair in partnership with Center Theatre Group, LA STAGE Alliance and the UCLA School of Theater, Film and Television.
The day-long event, held at the Los Angeles Theatre Center, welcomed hundreds of current graduate and undergraduate students to workshops, panels, mentorship sessions, a resource fair and a networking mixer designed to educate how to transition into a professional career in theatre.
Numerous SDA alumni generously gave their time and expertise to this endeavor including Lisa Dring (BA ’09), Donald Jolly (MFA ’08), Devin Kelley (BFA ’08), Brian James Polak (MFA ’14), Tarah Pollock (MFA ’14), Manuel Prieto (BFA ’12), Pia Shah (MFA ’13) and Ashley Steed (BA ’11), and many more.
