What is your favorite thing about USC?
My favorite thing about USC is the community. I am from Orange County, CA, and everywhere I go there (and many other places), I am overwhelmed with how many USC sweatshirts, hats, car stickers and shirts I see. I immediately feel a sense of belonging when I talk to a group of people and find another USC student or a USC alum. I even got hired for a job because my boss went to USC. The Trojan Family is incredibly strong and I’m proud to be a part of it.

When deciding between schools, why did you pick USC?
I have known that I wanted to be at USC for as long as I could remember. My grandfather went here after WWII and I grew up going to the football games. I didn’t get in the first time I applied, so I went to CU Boulder for a year and then reapplied to USC. When I found out that I had gotten in, I was so excited, relieved, proud and genuinely happy. I didn’t feel like I belonged on the CU campus, but the second I walked on USC’s campus as an official student, I could not wipe the smile off my face.
